Projects & TIF Files
Create a project to organize your fieldwork. Each project can have multiple TIF photomaps (orthophotos or raster layers) uploaded directly from the catalog. These files become the base layers that collaborators navigate on the 3D map viewer.
Damage Reports
As owner or inspector, you can mark damage directly on the map using four drawing tools:

⬤ Point — single pinpoint location
■ Area — filled polygon (also creates a geofence zone)
⎯ Line — path or route annotation
⬟ Shape — free-form polygon

Right-click on the map to start drawing, or use the toolbar buttons. Right-click again while drawing to finish & save the geometry instantly.
Editing Annotations
After drawing, you can edit any area, line, or shape geometry:

• Open the annotation's detail panel (click its marker on the map).
• In the Measurements section, click Edit.
• Drag existing vertices to reposition them.
• Click the + midpoint markers between vertices to add new points.
• Right-click a vertex to delete it.
• Click Save to persist the updated geometry and recalculate all metrics.
Teams
Add collaborators to your project team. Any user added to the team can view the project in the map viewer and interact with it — but only within the scope of their assigned work order.
Work Orders
A work order links 1 project + 1 TIF file and assigns specific annotations — points, areas, lines, or shapes — to a collaborator.

When creating the order, filter by type using the All / ⬤ / ■ / ⎯ / ⬟ tabs to select exactly which damage reports to include. Collaborators can then validate, photograph, and add field notes to those specific annotations.
Geofencing
Any Area annotation you draw on the map automatically becomes a geofence zone. When a team member enters or exits that zone, the system records the event and sends you an in-app notification.

Open the Team Tracker to see geofence zones drawn as orange polygons on the map, along with a live events feed showing every entry and exit — who crossed, which zone, and when.
Ready to go!
Create a project → upload TIF files → draw damage annotations (points, areas, lines, shapes) → edit geometry as needed → add team members → assign work orders.
