To use the platform you need an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials confidential (username and password)
- All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, compromise system security or are used for illegal purposes.

5 Ownership and license
Ours
The software, the design, the InfraOpera brand and all related intellectual-property rights belong to SkyTech-Geo LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
Yours
Your data —projects, drone imagery, orthomosaics, 3D models, inventories, generated reports, everything you or your users upload— is and remains yours. We only receive a limited license to process and display it to you as part of the service. If you terminate your account, we return your data or delete it as you request.
Third-party components
InfraOpera integrates open-source components and third-party services (for example, OpenDroneMap, MapLibre, CesiumJS) subject to their own licenses.
6 Plans and payments
The current plans, their prices and what each one includes are published at infraopera.com/planes. These rules apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
- Annual subscriptions: are paid in advance and apply the "2 months free" discount.
- GIS + CAPTURE combos of the same tier receive the published discount.
- Taxes: the published prices do not include local taxes that may apply (VAT, sales tax, withholding, etc.). Each party is responsible for the taxes that correspond to it under its jurisdiction.
- Price changes: we may change them. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice and the new prices apply to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or by specific written agreement.
7 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these terms or acceptable use
- There are outstanding payments after reasonable notices
- Your use compromises the security or stability of the platform
- A court order or competent authority requires it
You can close your account at any time from the platform or by writing to us. We'll give you a reasonable period to export your data before deleting it.
8 No implied warranties
InfraOpera is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, be accurate and be available, but we don't guarantee that:
- It is free of errors or interruptions
- It is suitable for any specific purpose you decide to give it
- The outputs (reports, orthomosaics, analyses) are perfectly accurate in all cases without human verification
9 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SkyTech-Geo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities.
- Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the limits will apply to the extent the law permits.
10 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute related to the service that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Florida, unless the applicable law of the user's country provides otherwise for consumers with special protections.
If any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do:
- We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top.
- If the changes are material (significantly affecting your rights or obligations), we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or via a notice on the platform.
- If you continue using the service after the change's effective date, you accept the new terms.
