1 Who we are
InfraOpera is a product operated by SkyTech-Geo LLC, a company registered in the state of Florida, United States. When this policy says "we", "us" or "InfraOpera", it refers to that company.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you interact with the site infraopera.com or with our platform, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.
2 What data we collect
Only what's necessary. We collect data in three situations:
When you fill out a contact form
- Full name
- Company or organization
- Phone (optional)
- Website (optional)
- The industry you belong to
- The message you send us
When you browse the site
- IP address, browser and operating system (via Google Analytics)
- Pages you visit, time on each, how you reached the site
- Anonymous Google Analytics identifiers
When you use the Maestro assistant
- The content of the message you send it
- The conversation history during that session
3 What we use it for
We use your data exclusively to:
- Reply to you when you contact us (the obvious one)
- Demo the platform if you requested a demo
- Improve the site and the product, analyzing which pages work and which don't (aggregated data, not individual)
- Meet legal obligations if the law requires it (tax, accounting, judicial requirements)
We do not use your data to:
- Sell it to third parties
- Send you advertising for unrelated products
- Build profiles to resell them
4 Legal basis
We process your personal data based on:
- Your consent when you voluntarily fill out a form or write to us.
- Our legitimate interest in operating the site, replying to you and improving the product.
- Performance of a contract if you are an active InfraOpera customer.
- Legal obligations applicable to SkyTech-Geo LLC.
If you are in Colombia, this complies with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and its implementing Decree 1377 of 2013. If you are in another LATAM country, the equivalent local regulations apply. In the United States, the relevant state laws apply, including CCPA for California residents.
5 How long we keep it
- Contact forms: up to 24 months from your last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
- Conversations with Maestro: during the active session. We don't store them permanently associated with your identity.
- Active customer data: for the duration of the business relationship and up to 5 years afterward due to accounting and tax obligations.
- Analytics data: per Google Analytics' retention policy (set to 14 months).
7 Who we share data with
Only with service providers we need to operate. Each one has its own privacy policy and we make sure they offer adequate safeguards:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, storage, corporate email (United States)
- Anthropic PBC — provider of the AI model that powers Maestro (United States). Messages sent to Maestro pass through their servers to generate the response.
- Hosting and geospatial-processing providers that support the platform
- Authorities if the law requires us to hand over data by court order or formal request
We don't share data for third-party marketing purposes.
8 International transfers
SkyTech-Geo LLC operates from the United States. If you are in Colombia or another LATAM country and contact us, your data is transferred to the United States to be processed.
These transfers are carried out under the safeguards required by applicable regulations. If you have questions about how your data is protected when crossing borders, write to us at the address shown at the end.
9 Your rights
Regardless of which country you contact us from, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), internal access control, backups and monitoring. No system is 100 % impenetrable, but we do what is within our reach.
If a security breach affecting your data were to occur, we'll notify you according to the timeframes and procedures required by applicable law.
